Creative & AI-Driven Designer / Creative Producer (m/f/d)

Location: Vienna (Hybrid / Remote possible) Type: Part-time | 10–20h/week

About the Job

We are a game development studio with strong in-house performance marketing (TikTok, Meta, Google Ads). Beyond growing our own games, we also create high-performing creatives and campaigns for external clients.

To scale this, we're looking for a hands-on creative all-rounder who loves design, storytelling, and modern AI tools.

What You'll Do

  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns for games and social media ads
  • Create videos, images, and static creatives for TikTok, Meta & Google Ads
  • Design UI elements, visuals, and layouts for games and marketing assets
  • Translate ideas into strong, aesthetic, conversion-focused visuals
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. VEO, image generation tools) to speed up and enhance creative production
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and game dev teams
  • Occasionally adapt or create creatives for external client campaigns

What You Bring

  • Excellent sense for design, aesthetics & visual storytelling
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects / Premiere is a big plus)
  • Very strong AI affinity – confident with prompting and experience using AI for image/video generation and ideation
  • Experience creating social-first creatives (especially TikTok-style content)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative output

Big Plus (Not Required)

  • Coding experience (web, client-side, or game-related)
  • Experience with UI/UX design
  • Background in gaming, apps, or performance marketing
  • Experience working with clients or agencies

Work Setup

  • 10–20 hours per week, depending on workload
  • Flexible schedule
  • Home office possible
  • You must be based in Vienna

We're flexible and will figure out what fits best:

  • Freelance / self-employed (Selbstständig)
  • Freier Dienstnehmer
  • Part-time employment

Contract type will be decided individually.

Salary: Minimum €34,000/year (full-time basis)
